Good grief, more bugs! A particular stinker today, where I'd used the wrong lighting settings assets across the quality levels in the game! DOH!

Bug Fixes

• Restored the colour and lighting configuration across all game scenes.
• Restored flames to candles in interiors.
• Moved mountain settlements to better align to the terrain.
• Moved the Graphy FPS monitor to the bottom left, to avoid getting in the way of dialog buttons.
• Player now pauses when Main Map is displayed (press <M> key to toggle)
• Reverted AI features, as the "creatures" FSM was having a huge performance impact.
• Fixed respawning on death.

New Features / Enhancements

• Added snow texture to mountains.
